With the introduction of a new Curriculum in Greek schools, teachers are confronted with new challenges. Concerning music education, the most common difficulties faced are: how to organize a lesson plan, how to work in an interdisciplinarily way, how to make a music lesson more attractive, creative and interesting to pupils. This book tries to clarify those and other educational issues and includes several lesson plans’ and projects’ examples. Although the book was created having music teachers in mind it can be useful for everyone who cares about education and believes that music can contribute to the achievement of social improvement.
