This book is meant for music educators, class teachers, preschool teachers and students of elementary teachers’ training and music departments. It concerns both theory and practice of music education. The proposed activities are based on up-to-date education and psychology theories and cover many different areas of music education (singing, listening, instrument playing, movement, improvisation). The basic criterion in choosing the activities was the development of a creative relation with music, based on games, which will carry on even through adulthood.
